– No balcony or patio, and no stairs within the apartment.
– Not overlooking the pool and courtyard.
– Fully furnished with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including AC units in both the bedroom and living area, a Smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, cups, and plates. Daily consumables are to be provided by the guest.
– The living area is furnished with a stylish sofa cum bed, providing a comfortable seating option by day and an extra bed by night.
– Appliances such as an Induction/Electric Stove, Microwave, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Toaster, and Electric Kettle are available.
– Breakfast and meals are not provided, but numerous dining options and entertainment venues are just a short 5-minute walk away.
– Guests can enjoy access to the common swimming pool between 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Proper swimwear is required, and no cotton clothing is allowed. Music is not permitted by the poolside.
– Basic toiletries including soap, shampoo, toothpaste, hand wash, and toilet paper are provided upon arrival.
– The unit features UPS power backup and a generator.
– A hair dryer, iron and ironing board are available on request.
– Secure parking is available for one vehicle.

House Rules & Housekeeping Policy
To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please take note of the following:
Housekeeping & Linen Policy
· Housekeeping service is provided every alternate day.
· For stays longer than 3 days, bed linens will be changed every 3 days.
· For stays exceeding 7 days, linens will be changed twice a week.
· For stays longer than one month, cleaning will be done every alternate day, with linens changed twice weekly.
Amenities on Request
Pressure Cooker, hair dryers, and irons are available upon request. Please let us know in advance if you need any of these.
Quiet Hours
We kindly request guests to respect neighbors and avoid loud music or excessive noise after 8:00 PM.
No Smoking Policy
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
If smoking is detected indoors, a fine of ₹3,000 will be charged.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 (cash) is required at check-in. This will be refunded at check-out, provided there is no damage to the apartment or its contents. This policy is non-negotiable.
Cleanliness
Please remember this is a private home, not a hotel. We request you to treat the space with the same care as your own home.
Any excessive mess particularly involving food waste, spills, or damage may result in an additional cleaning fee of ₹2,000 at check-out.
